Information We CollectTo provide you with our secure vault and corporate management services, we collect the following types of information:Personal Identification Information: When you register, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.Authentication Data: We use third-party authentication services (Apple and Google). If you choose to log in via these providers, we receive your email address and name associated with those accounts to facilitate secure login.Camera and Photo Library: With your explicit permission, we may access your device's camera and photo library. This is used strictly to allow you to upload a profile picture or add image documents to your secure Vault. We only access the specific photos you actively choose to upload.User Content (Your Vault): We securely store the documents, files, and text you actively upload to your personal Vault, as well as data related to your service requests and referrals.
2. Information We DO NOT CollectNo Analytics or Tracking: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking software to monitor your behavior across other apps or websites.No Advertising Data: We do not collect or share your data for targeted advertising purposes.

How We Use Your InformationWe use the collected data strictly for App Functionality:To create and manage your Dusetra account.To provide the core services of the App, including secure document storage and referral tracking.To communicate with you regarding your account (e.g., password reset emails).To ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
4. Third-Party ServicesWe utilize trusted third-party service providers to operate our backend infrastructure. These services are bound by strict data privacy agreements:Supabase: We use Supabase as our backend database and authentication provider. Your data is stored securely on their servers.Apple & Google: Used solely for secure account creation and login functionality.
5. Data SecurityWe prioritize the security of your corporate documents and personal data. We utilize industry-standard encryption and strict Row Level Security (RLS) database policies to ensure that your data is strictly isolated. Only you can access, read, or modify the files and data stored within your personal account.
6. Data Retention and DeletionYou have total control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App.How to delete your data: Navigate to the "Profile" tab, open "Settings," and select "Delete Account." Upon confirmation, your personal information, vault documents, and profile picture will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
7. Children's PrivacyDusetra is intended for corporate and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers immediately.
