Approval of licenses, visas, and bank accounts is subject to the relevant authority or institution. Dusetra does not guarantee approvals unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Fees & Payments

* All service fees will be clearly outlined before engagement.
* Government fees are separate unless stated otherwise.
* Payments must be made to official Dusetra bank accounts only.
* We will never request payment to personal accounts.

Fees are generally non-refundable once government submissions have been initiated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

* Provide accurate and truthful information
* Submit required documentation in a timely manner
* Respond promptly to compliance requests
* Follow all UAE laws and regulations

Dusetra is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Communication & Availability

By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted via:

Our team may respond outside standard business hours when necessary.

6. Security Notice

Dusetra will never request:

* Passwords
* One-time passcodes (OTPs)
* Access to your personal banking credentials

If you receive suspicious communication claiming to be from Dusetra, please contact us directly before taking any action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dusetra shall not be liable for:

* Government processing delays
* Regulatory changes
* Bank rejections
* Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
